Tata Photon Plus — Ignorance of Complaint | |||
speed less than 50kbps I bought tata photon plus, at Delhi for 2600/= (non-refundable) with monthly tariff of 1350/= per month. Contracdictory to their claims of max speed upto 3.1 mbps, to my sheer astonishment I have never experienced even a normal browsing speed. complaints have been lodged several times but the problem persists. Can I lodge a police complaint of cheating ?. Can I go to a consumer court? Can I get my deposit back? Was this information helpful? | |||

We have send lot of Complaint about the photon disconnection from last 3 month but no one ready to listen our Complaint, in mean time we have facing a lot of loss through this device.
but we have just give a bill up to "December" but we are not ready to pay after this bill.
plz disconnect this tata photon connection soon as possible.

I purchased tata photon plus a month back which is ryt nw useless to use, .its just givin 12.6 kbps /sec . for the 1st time i got internet connection in my new laptop nd m sufferin frm such a worst connection evr. so i recommend al d ppl to not purchase tata photon if dey r thinkin so.
