Tata Photon Plus — tata docomo has misled me | |||
A gadget company Lalani e-tech city published in the newspaper that on the purchase of above Rs-6000, customer will be gifted a tata photon plus. I purchased an Asus laptop worth Rs-21320 and they gifted me a tata photon plus<[protected]>. But they didn't told me that I have to activate the postpaid service if I want to take it. It is very unfortunate that tata DoCoMo has activated the postpaid service without my permission. Though I have not used it they are sending me a regular monthly bill. They are harassing me with non-stop sms. I will not pay the bill as I didn't told them to activate the service. It is my earnest request please stop the service. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hence, we would like to inform you that any photon device purchased on offers will be activated on postpaid and as per our records we found that your device is in active on postpaid and it is activated on 13-FEB-13 and this Photon connection will not be migrated from postpaid to prepaid.
