[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — Tata photon plus representative did not change the plan i asked for

My name is Vivek Jadhav, leaving in baroda. I had bought a tata photon plus device with number [protected] few months back. On 27th october, 2011, ie thursday i went to tata photon outlet located on Old padra road, Vadodara asking to suggest some plan according to the usage of internet. My previous plan was 30 hrs, 500 Rs. Since i am working on some project, my internet usage was going to exceed for month of November. The guy, whose name i do not remember, obviously you do not care, suggested me Unlimited Plan. He said that unlimited plan would be good for you accordance to my usage. I asked him to get the Unlimited plan of Internet to get it activated form 30th october. I asked him to take my request. I made a point asking ki "Apko written request deni hai?" He said "sirjee ap kaha likhenge, give me a min i will take your request". He did some entry on his computer and said that unlimited plan would be activated in 48 hrs. On 3rd December, my tata photon plus device was not working so i called up on customer care number [protected] asking for details. The guy on phone told me that your credit limit has exceeded and your bill is 2700. I asked him how it is possible since i have activated unlimited plan. He said that your plan is 30 hrs, 500 rs and after 30 hrs, each min charge is 1 rs. At that time i realized that the guy never changed my plan. I kept calling tata representatives on customer care every day to check out the status of my complaint. Thet use to mentally harras me saying "ap jake woh bande se bat karo". hum kuch nai kaenge. Apko bill bharna padega. Why did you not take written request. I said that your representative never asked me for any Written request. Tata people are asking me to generate proofs. I went to the outlet of baroda but they are denying saying sir, meri salary se kat jayega. Tata Photon Plus has become headache for me. One of the tata head said that they will file case if i dont pay bill. My complaint is that because of tata representative msitake, i am suffering mental harrasment everyday. Where do i go and generate proofs leaving my work. How can they threat me with saying court notice and blah blah. How can they say sirjee you can do whatever you want. we would not give you waiver. Please take actions against such people. I can not pay the bill fo 2700 when mistake is not from my side.

I am working as a mid level executive in Telecom and using Photon plus service under 5GB, unlimited plan in Orissa. The plan is, upto 5GB the speed will be around 3.1 mbps and after that the speed will reduce to 128kbps without any extra charges. The same was sold by one of your executive named Mr. Subhendu Behera bearing no. [protected]. But since the beginning of the first bill I was getting unexpected bill amount even with an unlimited plan. When the same was informed to your executives they told that it was a mistake and would resolve the same in the next bill cycle. But since last four months the same is continuing as Mr. Subhendu from Tata is practically involved with the same issue as well. As I am a Telecom proffessional it is very difficult from Tata side to make me fool by telling wrong things. But I am not seeing any proffessionalism from Tata to resolve this over billing issue which was even tried by Mr. Subhendu every month with no result. The same was closely observed by my advocate and was looking for consumer case if any solution will not be found soon for this issue. Mr. Subhendu from Tata tele has stopped me not to take any step against Tata and advised me to pay the exact amount require to pay without paying a single extra towards the over billing and the same has been done by me since the beginning. But every time I am getting a call in between of my work to pay the extra bill from the billing department. Its a kind of humiliation from Tata as I can't find any co-relation within the departments in Tata. This is where I am trying to explain the whole story briefly again to get some quick action from your side. My customer no[protected] and photon plus number is-[protected]. You can get the details from your Mr. Subhendu Behera ([protected]) who is looking after this issue since the beginning. This month also I got the same issues with the bill. I was also promised to get some good discounts on my bill amount but was suffering from overblling issue sinc the beginning. Waiting for a solution ASAP.
