I am fed up with the disgusting connectivity and services provided. I am almost unable to connect for the last 2 months from a posh city location at Kolkata. Every time I call-up helpdesk, a ticket is raised and the technician visits my residence. He does some kind of a workaround and temporarily restores the connection. The very next day I start facing the same problem. What is more disgusting is now they have realized that disgusting connectivity and service is a great way to make more money, so I am being charged for a the helpdesk service – a service that has never been able to work-out a solution so far. I am neither going to create another ticket, not am I going to allow another visit of the technician at my place (I have better things to do rather that spending my weekends on the rubbish workarounds). If my internet connectivity is going to work perfectly in next 2 days - then well and good, otherwise I would do whatever it takes to save myself and others from what has been going on in the name of fast connectivity.
