[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Wrong overdue bill and summon | |||
Hi, I was using Tata photon plus number ([protected]) from 2009 to 2012 in Chandigarh on my grandfathers name, as I was a student there. Then I needed to shift to Noida for a job and I took photo plus dongle with me. After coming here I was not getting any speed at all. I called the customer care to resolve my problem several times but there was no improvement. I cleared all my bills and then I stopped using it. I went to their service center with written application and proof of my grandfather to disconnect the connection. My part was over as I submitted the application but they have not taken any action. Now after 8 months they have sent summon at my grandfather's name. Now I need to clarification why they have not come to my permanent address to collect the bill or why they have not warned me on email about the summon. We are too scared as we have never been to court and as I am in Noida I have to take leaves to attend the court. My grandfather alone cannot do it as he is of 87 years age.
