My photon number is [protected]. I logged complaint no.[protected] for very slow internet speed. The engineer visited my home and said that it was a network issue and routed the complaint to the network team. But the network team called me and said that the speed would remain slow because there is network congestion in my area and they do not plan any new towers in the area. They said that I will continue to get slow speed and this problem cannot be solved. Was this information helpful? |
