[Resolved] Tata Photon+ — Unethical behaviour of Tata photon service man | |||
Dear Sir, I have a problem with the Tata Photon.this is the only one customer services,i have ever seen,such MisLeading/ Harassing worst customer(nuisance) service.i have been using this device from may 21st onwards.and till now i dint stay happy with this service even for a single month.i was charged illegally from the first month itself. i bought the device for 2600/- & i was told to buy a 100/- card for a week to activate my connection.my plan was 500/-Rs for 30 hours in a month.i tried to use from 22nd ownwards and found the connection speed was shocking 150Kbps on my lap top.i raised a complaint after one week thinking that it will be because it might gradually comeup.and nothing happened.after 10days i gotto know that my connection got disconnected due to complete usage of my hours.but i knew that i dint use more than 12hours in that 10days. i called customer care to seek help,i got to know that i got [censored]ed up when they explained how it works.and those never told me. Here the senario- U buy a device for 2600/-,and connection is for 500/- for 30hrs a month buy a card for 100/- u can use the card for 7days-no charges. But your bill will start from the date that u got the connection and u r buying the card to [censored] your own becoz,bill would have been started while u were using the card,they will deduct 7 days from your 30days.so u have 23 days left in dat month.out of 23days,(means 1 Hour per day)i[censored] happen to use more than that in a day,ur every minute will lead you to get bankrupted. still i used it for many months,spending 1150/- on 120Hrs/Month.i usually use for 70Hrs only.now my problem is inspite of paying so much at a very low speed,i was not informed that there is a unlimited usage for 950/- month.i asked concerned person and got to know that it will take another month to change the plan.so i dint pay my bill for that month. last sunday i went to retailer to pay my bill-Mathikkare and i was told that i can pay for an year 7650/- unlimited,and he said he need to verify and will take some time.buy the time some uneducated (someone to collect money) who dosent know english-started disturbing me to the very end.he went to my house at 7.30 and started harassing my parents and talk some nonsense for not paying the bill which i have used,(Nothing to do with my parents).i doubt these tata people are hiring some roudies to collect money.and those people dosent listen to what we are talking/or the reason y i am keeping the bill without paying. i have already saved many of my friends falling in to this trap(directed to Airtel/BSNL) this connection and the people who work for this company will be paying for all these.i am now searching for a lawyer.please kindly advice me how i can lodge a complaint against all those who are related to this.
