Tata Photon Whiz — poor speed

i am nirmala, using tata photn whiz speed of 153kbps,but my speed is 0.01 to 1 kbps.

tata photon whiz speed

Dear Sir/Mam, I'm using photon whiz from last 7 days as your exacutive told me its speed is around 153kbps during i sucribe it, but its speed is very poor going on(around 35-55kbps u also know which is very poor from any prospective) I'm begging u plzzzzz do somthing to help me....Plzzzzzzzz i gonne do anything for it,i be very thankful i[censored] doooo somthing to increase its speed....?????????
