I m also residing at Kolaghat. Form last 3 wks, your TATA Photon + is not getting connected. I have changed the connection type to photon whiz. Still its not getting connected. I tried to contact your customer care services, they told me that betterment work is going on for kolaghat and it will get resolve soon. How long it will take to get it resolved? I m having post paid connection 699 plan. So I have to pay money without using the Internet facility.
Moreover, I have purchased this 2 months back from the number provided at your website "[protected]". There were few offers, when i asked your person for offers, they told me that will get it after activation. I yet to get anything. So is this thing displayed at your website is fraud? or its competition for shelling your products??
