Tata Photon Whiz — no internet access

i am a photon whiz customer for last one year in Nedumkandam at Idukki district Kerala state . your services was almost fine earlier but now for the last 7 days we are not getting internet access in Nedumkandam area .
and we got information from your dealer that you have stopped your services in Nedumkandam. I don,t know how can you do that such a good company ? travelers from all over india is going daily through this area while travelling across munnar to Thekkady willl not get your services .please find a solution as soon as possible, otherwise find an alternative or your customers will loose their money spent for buying your modem . it will affect the reputation of your company .
