Tata Photon Whiz — remote computer not respond

dear sir when i try to connect tata photon whiz it doesn't connect and say that remote computor not responding . the signal indication is full and i have also recharged it with a net plan of 199 unlimited net for 30days but still not connecting please help me..........................
