TDS refund pending for last 3 financial years — TDS Refund Pending from year 2005
My Pan Card no. is AAHP06364L. I would like to bring to your notice that my TDS Refund for Life Insurance Commission is pending from the financial year 2005-06, 2006-07, and 2007-08. After doing all the formalities as per our indian govt. rules...the govt. fails to refund the amout. Our govt. are interested only in collecting the tax amount. for the refund we people who doesnt come under tax structure have to struggle like anything. I am Naseer from Sri lanka and worked for webdunia, a software company in India. they deducted TDS when making my payment. pls advice me how to refund it.
