[Resolved]  Telebrands India — Non delivery of Product on committed date

This is in reference to my order no 1555869 placed on 03/09/2008 for table mate. I spoke to customer service agent Iftekhar and clearly instructed him delivery of the product by Monday 8 Sep or Tuesday 9 Sep. On calling your customer service department today i came to know the product is still in Mumbai and would be dispatched tommorrow. I told the person very clearly that i would be leaving overseas today and due to product delivery delay i have to cancel my tickets and face problems at my job. On speaking today with customer service agent Srikanth it was not helpful rather a rude customer service without any intent of help. I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor and agent kept saying the person would give you same information. It was so disappointing to get such canned answers from such prestigious company and felt like cheated. Would request you to please deliver the product by tommorrow or cancel the delivery and refund my credit card payment charged for the same order.

Can someone help me with my query against Telebrand the worst customer care teleshoppy.
I made a purchase of Air Lougue sofa about 23 days back the order number is 1554359, but till date no one from the Telebrand team speak in a Polite manner nor anyone is responding. whenever i call then to track my order number they say that the sales department has access to all these tracking details, and they can`t even transfer my call to them as this team is always Busy in some ****** work. can some one help me regarding this my contact number is [protected]

Take it for granted – As per one o[censored]r customer ur services are rated to be of lowest grade.
I booked this order on 21/08/08. Till today there is no sign of deliveries & I was informed that I will get delivery in 2 weeks.
Every time u people give incomplete and wrong information about the dispatch and deliveries.

1. I was never informed that u are going to use postal service.
2. I was never told that the parcel to be collected from Post office.
3. Every time there is new but wrong information about dispatch.

I need my parcel max. by Monday else, I am trying to arrange for a notice from consumer court lawyer & this mail will be used as a supporting. Also I contacted few news papers to start negative promo for ur brands and services.
Deliver it or face the music.

I request all the customers of the Telebrands that if and unfortunately you give an order to Telebrands, then please specifically ask them THREE TIMES THAT NOT TO SEND THROUGH TRACK ON COURIER, BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SEEN SUCH A THIRD CLASS SERVICES, NOT EVEN IN THE GOVT.POST OFFICE.There is no any responsible person who can answer you satisfactorily.

"Telebrands"had delevered my Nicer Dicer on 24-10-08 through "Third grade-Track on Courier"..the Docate no.is[protected] and "Telebrands assured me that this courier will deliver this item (which I have to Gift some one on Diwali) before Diwali.On 27-10-08 Track on-Ahmedabad-R.O.Office people told me three times that Delivery man has already started from office and latest by evening it will be delivered.
Till 28-10-08 morning I have not received and parcel from Telebrands and "Bogus and thirdclass people of TRACK ON COURIER ARE ENJOYING" Diwali by switching off the PHone without any Responsibility and Accountability.
"Telebrands" MUST CONSIDER THIS ISSUE AND THINK OVER THAT, THAT ONLY DUE TO THIRD CLASS AND IRRESPONSIBLE COURIER THEY WILL SUFFER THEIR BUSINESS.

I am writing to you with regard to the German V Slicer Quantity 02 that I have ordered in September 2008. It’s now been 6 months and I still haven’t received it despite getting emails and call replies from your end promising that the product will be delivered within 10 days. Details of the purchase are as follows:

I spoke to your agent Pushpa on the 4th of February 2009 and was given reference IN38981 and delivery was promised within 10 days. It’s now the 16th February 2009 and I still haven’t received my product. It takes your company less than 6 days to process the credit card payment but when it comes to delivering the goods we have to chase you for over 6 months and this is unacceptable and total harassment on us. Over the past couple of days we have called the customer care number on many occasions and either they give us false promises or just hang up on our face without even listening to us or giving us a reply. Another of your agent Kiran promised that we would have an agent from Telebrands calling us today evening (16th February 2009) and dealing with our case. It’s now 9 pm and no one from Telebrands has called us. To follow this up we called Telebrands at 0745 pm and they spoke to us for 2 minutes and 6 seconds and when they didn’t have any answers to our query the agent hung up on our face. A second call was made at 0748 pm and in 13 seconds the agent hung up again. A third call was made at 0749 pm and I managed to speak to your agent Yogita and her conversation has been recorded still to no avail. A copy of an email from your department has also been attached below for you to read which promises the product is going to be delivered soon.



All this harassment has left me no choice than to file a case against Telebrands to the Consumer Department and give all the emails and recordings to the press and news channels to show what a big fraud this company is. (Please note that this email has been copied to Star News and Zee News)
