Express IT Courier — Not delivering couriers and giving fake comments

Dear Sir

I have never seen such a lazy and non-sincere courier company in my life.
I am working in a pvt company and waiting for my parcel sent by ICICI bank for more than 10 days. All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.
They deliver parcels according to their convenience or even not at all deliver it by mentioning fake statements as "customer shifted" (even when peoples are available at home 24 hrs). They are not at all sincere.

When i just try to their customer support numbers (main no:[protected] given for all regions, no body picks-up the phone. I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers.
Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.

I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.

I think its such a lazy and fake delivery man courier company and I'm never seen this type of corier company in my life.

I'm waiting for my parcel sent by HDFC bank dt.17.02.11. They didn't deliver the parcels and if delivered according to their convenience or even not at all deliver it by mentioning fake statements as "CUSTOMER SHIFTED" (even when peoples are available at home 24 hrs). They are not at all sincere.

I think there are not any management to look this type of fake statement or complaint from customer.

I got an e-mail from Gogle/Redif lottery conjuncton with Google Mail Corporation and they give Ticket No.[protected], Serial No.BTD/[protected]/06, Winning No.G/4879LE07
and again i got a 2nd e-mail to contact the [protected]@live.co.uk. They advice me to make available the required 24, 900 INR before MR. Tom Cole arrives to enable him fullfil the normal customs clearing obligations at the International Airport for your parcel to be released and pass custom's clearnce without hesitation.
They asked my scanned copy of my photograph via email for their recognise, They Give DEPARTURDATE/TIME(WDNESDAY) 16th March and ARRIVAL DATE/TIME(THURSDAY) 17th March AT 09:30 am. I am not knowing any of these fraud but i unknownly made a blunder mistake i gave my photo and my home address.
I pleased to ask you people to look out these type of person as well as the company who cheated all innocent person and save the people from this scam. if you take immediate step i will be thankful to you.

i too have received the same message from the yahoo lottery, first i thought it may be fake, god knows i have sent 25000 money into their account, after i m getting advise from my relatives and friends saying that it is fake... I was afraid...
i gave a complaint to nearest police station saying the fake email, they have taken ma complaint..
After 2 month i got a call from UK, saying that, to be in airport next day in the morning 9.30 AM... i was shocked.. i reached at the same time with a police who is known person, one of the person called me from airport saying WHERE ARE YOU?
I met the guy in the airport, and i received the amount of 86, 57800 after deducting all the taxes, i was surprise to see, i gave the parcel man the amount of rupees 10000 for the safe delivery...

every thing is faek guys...let that motherfkrs send you an email saying lottery won by you ...in case they ask you your information just provide them fake address and if you get a call or email saying that to pay certain amount then reply them to "send the cash first and once I get the cash i will pay you double of the amount". or else ask them to deduct form the lottery amount and deposit the balance amount to the account... need not to worry.and please do not pay the cash in case...
