The Professional Courier — Lack of Service | |||
I booked a consignment containing train tickets with Blue Dart Courier, Pondicherry on 1st September.The consignment was addressed to a person at Thiruvella, Kerala. I was promised that the consignment will be delivered on 3rd September. I was charged Rs.350/- (though the consignment was a cover with a ticket inside) Till date the consingment has not reached the consignee. Today when i called and checked with the consignee, i was shocked to hear that the consignment has not been delivered. Neither i was informed by the courier company. This amounts to gross lack of service. Would like your intervention and I seek compensation for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
