Worst buying experience from Spectra Motors Ltd - Goregaon West, Mumbai
This is the worst car buying experience I ever had from any of the maruti dealers. Unethical, non-professional, and rowdy staffs filled with loads of lies. No courtesy and no manners of the staff working there [Nilesh Gupta & Divyesh] including the manager who support these goons and make a customer wander in darkness. Their way of talking to customer needs 10000 wacks. The way this Nilesh Gupta & the manager talks to the customer is as though they are giving the car for free and doing us a favour...all this after me paying the full payment for the car...
Every day a new document is required for booking, registration etc..one day they dont need a document, and the next day they need the same. Its been 2long months I have been running behind these B****** with no avail...I had to leave my work for 3 days to run behind these liars to submit the documents they need which even the US consulate dont for issuing a H1B visa...
Ultimately I would advice all the future customers to stay away from this dealer, if you need to get the satisfaction of buying a new vehicle and to avoid running around.
