[Resolved]  Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd — Neither installation done not returning my cheque for broadband installation

Pls find below the communication had with Tikona Broadband and please decide the course of action. I m just fed up giving reminders to them but nothing has been done till now.

below is the communication had with the company thru email, Hope that will be enough. In case any further clarification is required pls feel free to contact.

HIGHLY UN-PROFESSIONAL MANNER..........

this is the last reminder, If nothing is done in 24 Hrs, m going to Consumer Court. Its going to be 2 months i m waiting and waiting. Its been more than a week u alloted a docket number and since then nothing is happing.

u people just want to grab money and do nothing when it comes to satisfying consumer. If consumer fails to pay within the described period u people dont understand their problem and disconnect the line. When consumer is asking for installation u people are just passing on the monkey on someone else back.

I m just fed up following up for installation and not at all satisfied with Tikona and their un-profession behaviour. U got 24 Hrs to respond to this mail else i m going to file a complaint in consumer court against Tikona.

Its been abt 1 and half months keeping patience, do u think thats the professional way of working, i[censored] know that installation cant be done, y u hv not despatched the chque to me, y i shd be following u for my money? If installation is to be done i think the maximum time for installation is 1 week and both hv passed. So why i shd hv patience and support for ur fault.



Moreover nobody bothers to listen or take the matter on priority, so many times i hv complaint to ur customer care but all in vain.



I dont think thats the professional way of working i[censored] want to make ur customer base. I m very much annoyed from Tikona and definately m going to take up this matter on higher lever, this is just not professional.

It is highly unprofessionalism from the company's part, its been more than 4 days but nobody is bother to reply or return my cheque (Pls go thru the mail below before replying) and this is the last option for me before i go to Consumer court, If i dont hear from ur end within 48 hours, i hv left with no other option but to go to Consumer court. U hv given many emails for nodel and one for delhi too but that doesnt seems to be working.

I m writing u this mail after waiting for abt 2 months for the installation after giving a chque no.452935 dated 19.2.10, which was picked up by ur executive Mr Gaurav ([protected]). I was assured by ur executive that installation will be done in 3-4 days (ADRESS GIVEN BELOW) but still nothing has been done.



your Engineer Mr Kishan ([protected]) visited my place and clearly told me that installation cant be done since he cudnt find the signals from ur end.



I spoke to many o[censored]r executives like Nitin ([protected]) and some o[censored]r customer care execs but all in vain.



ur customer care execs are calling me and asking me that my net is working properly or not, which shows the communication gap between u people. They r not even aware that installation is not done but asked to do their duty which is really shameful for professional company.



I called up Mr Nitin many times to do the needful and if it cant be installed return my cheque, he simply says he doesnt get time to come and return the cheque and now he has stopped responding to my calls. Is this the way u people work??



I was quite doubtful before giving a cheque but Mr Gaurav told me dont worry its a big and professional company, which doesnt seems to be. today i asked Gaurav to return the cheque he said he has given so many reminders to the company and cant do more than that.



NOW THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE FOR U PEOPLE TO RESPOND BY EITHER DO THE INSTALLATION OR RETURN THE CHEQUE OTHERWISE I M GOING TO CONSUMER COURT AND FILE A SUITE AGAINST TIKONA FOR IN-EFFICIENCY IN SERVICES AND HOLDING MY PAYMENT WITHOUT ANY REASON.



HOPE U PEOPLE WILL LEARN FROM UR MISTAKES.

Tikona Digital Network Pvt. Ltd — Cheque misplaced by the company

We have take internet connectivity through this company. Our user ID No. [protected] in the name of Swarada Sontakke and we have issued ICICI cheque No. 775813/26.03.10 a sum of Rs. 500/-. They have misplaced & not deposited in the bank. Without any communication or not confirming with us they have disconnected out network connection. Since last 15 to 20 days we are suffering without our fault. They have not given any written commincation to us that they misplaced the cheque. I have intimated to ICICI bank for stop payment of that cheque and issued a new cheque.
Regularily I am calling them for re-connection but I am not receiving any positive response from them.
Why should I suffer ? Why I have to do all these bank exercise ?
