Dear Sir,

I use Tikona Connection from 04/03/2010 detail given bellow.
1. Installation time Paid 04/03/2010 Chq Number 943731 HDFC Bank 500/- Payment (No Bill from Tikona)
2. B[protected]/03/10 to 26/03/10 bill amount 499.83 Payment amount 09/04/2010 Transaction ID[protected].83 Paid online.
3. B[protected]/03/10 to 26/04/10 bill amount 641.32 Payment amount 15/05/2010 Transaction ID[protected].32 Paid online.
4. B[protected]/04/10 to 26/03/11 bill amount 6618.00 Payment amount 10/04/2010 Transaction ID[protected].00 Paid online.
5. B[protected]/03/11 to 26/03/12 bill amount 7123.17 Payment amount 09/04/2011 Transaction ID[protected].00 Paid online.
6. Stop Billing and Cancellation request from 22/03/12

1st Call on 22/03/12 before the renewal of tikona I have call at tikona customer care for cancellation of my account [protected] .and talk with Miss pragna.

2nd Call on 26/03/2012 mail sending on 26/03/2012 at 2.33pm and also call to customer care talk with Mr Sachin and given request for cancellation and NOC.

3rd Call on 27/03/2012 Call to customer care tikona and given request for cancellation/disconnection of account ref no 1-[protected] and talk with miss rubina (customer care executive) and also sending mail with my register mail id to [protected]@tikona.in dtd 27/03/2012 2.06pm.

4th Call 28/03/2012 and call customer care tikona and talk with mr Salim. Again remind what is the status of cancellation/disconnection they reply you don’t worry you received call from our end.

Reminder by Mail conversation

1st Reminder mail sending by me on dtd 26/03/2012 at 2.33 Pm to [protected]@tikona.in.

2nd Reminder mail on 26/03/2012 on Dtd 26/03/2012 at 7.07pm reminder and requested him to NOC.

28/03/2012 received auto mail from tikona with name Mr Mahesh P.

3rd Reminder against reply from Tikona Care on dtd 01/05/12 at 11.36am auto mail Mr Omkar Puranik tikona care and replying request has been forwarded to the backend department for necessary action.

4th reminder mail on dtd 04/07/2012 at 07.36pm mail to [protected]@tikona.in

5th Reminder mail on dtd 19/09/2012 at 03.12pm talk with miss Sonam and given mail. What is my status of cancellation and NOC.

Received bellow mail dtd 29/09/2012 at 04.53am

6th Reminder mail on dtd 30/09/2012 at 11.59am telephonic conversation with mr mosin.

7th mail received on dtd 01/10/2012 from tikona s.[protected]@tikona.in (appellate authority) at 1.43pm and mention your request forwarded to backend department for full and final settlement. They will contact you at the earliest regarding the solution Ref No 1-[protected]

But No any call till today date 05/11/2012 and also mail.

As per above all conversation no any due from my site but still from april to till date calling from tikona for payment. And today dtd 05/11/2012 12.56 pm cell number +[protected] delhi and saying tikona is register complaint in delhi court for payment.

I request you to solve the matter. Why they mentally harassed me?
