PLEASE DON'T TAKE CONNECTION FROM TIKONA!!

They will never come to disconnect it & then start demanding money from you for their equipments & usage many months after you have requested them to disconnect via both phone & mail. Even after you make the unwarranted money they demand they will still keep on sending you demand letters one after the other. I have lost not only 2,101 Rs but also my peace because of this harassment.

Dear Customer,
We wish to draw your kind attention to the following facts :
That Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited is a body corporate duly registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and in business of providing Internet services.
That you have subscribed the internet Services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber registration Form (SRF) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you
That in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.
In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and SMS messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to Rs. 902. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the SRF, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of Statement o[censored]sage from us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.
As per our computerized billing records you have used services up to .with your Last Session ending 7/16/2012. Your Outstanding amount upto the Last Usage Date is Rs.902 considering applicable Charges only up to 7/16/2012.
We will consider waiver of Rs 301. on your total Outstanding Rs. 902, provided you make Payment of Rs.601 within 7 days of receipt of this letter
In addition to above , you shall be required to pay Rs. 1500 in case you fail to return Modem along with all accessories to our authorized representative .

Please refer to Para 23 of Terms and conditions of the subscription, an extract is appended below


“In case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of subscriber not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to their action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber 1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.



Please note that the Modem provided by Tikona and installed in your premises is a wireless transmitter imported by the company under a license issued by WPC wing, Department of Telecom, Government of India. Possession of such equipment, under your ostensible charge, is prohibited under THE INDIAN WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1933 ACT XVII OF 1933.


You are requested to make immediate payment of Rs.601 and give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum thereon within 7 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings criminal as well as civil, against you at your entire risk as to costs and consequences.

Cheat Tikona,

I don't know what has happened to a thing called customer service. I have already made the payment of INR 2,101 and have sent you the mail for the same on 17th June 2013.Also find the proof of the payment.I hope after this I never hear from you now. By the way one of the numbers mentioned in the mail are getting answered.

Hi Tikona,

Even though it is a pure loot & cheating I have made the pure extorted payment of Rs 2101 ( 601 + 1500 for the equipment). Find attached the proof of the same. But I am sure this kind of customer harassment will cause your firm more damage than the money you have extorted from me. I hope after this I never hear from you.

Hi Tikona,

As per the chain of mails from my end, you can see that I had requested you ppl to come & collect your modem from me. Which you ppl did not do. Secondly I had given the number of my neighbour from whom you had to collect the modem. That also you people didn't do. Now after many months have passed since, you are asking for your modem. First please check with my neighbour then incase you don't get it from her, it is your firm's people fault for not collecting for a very long time. I take no responsibility for your slow response time & actions.

Tikona — Sending bills from 3 months in spite of request to disconnect

I have requested for termination of services from more than 3 months - the serivces is not disconected and bill are being sent.

tikona wireless broadband — Payment made but no service provided

Dear Sir,


I have given cheque of Rs 2500/ on 03/02/2012 in order to get a Router & a static IP,but unfortunately no one has turned up,for the further process,after speaking to customer care ,it was told that our amount paid is not reflected on you system,but our Bank statement says that the amount of Rs 2500/ has been debited on 12/02/2012 in the A/C Of Tikona Digitals Network pvt ltd.I am very disappointed in how long this is taking.
Almost everyday I am speaking to their customer care but no one is giving right response. They are not even willing to address the complaint properly and are wasting our efforts and time.This is very sad response of TIKONA DIGITALS as for payment collection they were very prompt and active but now they are not responding.
