Tikona digital Net work is a wireless but useless net work I had seen in my internet experience. At the time of installing, they promised a prompt customer care but when a problem comes and complaint was lodged nobody bothers to attend on that and even if any technician comes he would be a new guy without any knowledge of their Network. Apart from this their billing and accounting is poor and they do not update the payments received. In your next bill they promptly add the bill which you have already paid. In this regard I complained several times and every time a new guy will attend on complaint and you have tell the entire story of your payments and their billing.But ultimate result is zero. I was harassed so much by this company.
They charged me so much and even after paying final settlement they did not disconnected the service.
