Thanks for the greatpatheticcustomer service.I have been in touch with your call center for almost three hours today by talking to

1) To an unknown agent who knows nothing (call started around 1900hrs)
2)Abhinav,
3)Mamatha,
4)Ajay- claims to be floor supervisor,
5)Rakesh(2005hrs)-who tells that Mr Ajay will call in 5 min,
6)Avinash(2045hrs)-Again tells that Ajay will surely call in 30min(yes understood that with this type of great service he keeps himself busy trying to resole issues,but does not get resolved even after months),
7)Sukhit-call disconnected,
8)Kailash-Transfers callbecausei insisted,
9)Rishi Sharma-Assuredthatthe issue will beresolvedby tomorrow 12noon complaint #1-[protected](call ended by 2200hrs)

This speed problem i am facing since long back and sending mail to cc head there is no revert mail also. When the head of the department is this way there is no doubt the subordinatesbehavior.

IF THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED BY TOMORROW 1200 NOON. I REQUEST YOU PEOPLE TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE GIVEN TO ME AND I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE BILL AMOUNT.AND I BELIEVE TIKONA IS NOT THAT BAD THAT WITHOUT GIVING SERVICE THEY EXPECT MONEY

Dear Ms Agarwal,

I am facing speed problem since 20 to 25 days,Given complaint about the same but the problem continues.So i have decided to cancel my connection and say bye to TIKONA.Since there was no assured speed and i faced problem with your network,ifeel that without proper service rendered iam supporting thepatheticby makingthe payment.

Mr Agarwal appreciate yourself tocancelmy service with immediate effect and waive my bill wherein i would not like to be called as defaulter
