I stay at Porvorim & our vendor of TOI is Mr. Mohan Aital. He has been delivering TOI to us at 9 am in the morning. By this time all o[censored]s are out to office & we do not get any subscription benefit. I had requested Mohan to deliver paper at least by 8 am so that we can glance through it but in vain.
Subsequently I spoke to Mr. Masurkar ([protected]) who handles Porvorim area about the same. He also has not done anything.
I also spoke to Mr. Santosh Chodankar , Circulation Manager ([protected]) who assured me that paper will be delivered to my place by 8 am. Despite of all this paper is getting delivered at 9 am.
Iy appears that TOI do not have any control on its vendor. It is also agony that the paper who writes about ethical things is not even bothered about cosumer complaint.
