[Resolved]  Time of India — not receiving TOI newspaper

I have subscribed of 6 month subscription of Time of India @ 175 dated 7th Jan 2010. I have been promised that I will receive newspaper from 16th Jan till 6 month. Today , 2nd February’10 No papers till date. I called many times TOI executive ( Mr. Shravan) and his boss (Mr Satish) for the same reason everyday. Everyday they promise that from tomorrow onwards you will receive your TOI newspaper, but their tomorrow in never coming. I also spoken to local vendor about the same, he said I haven’t received any letter or list from TOI. Hence I cannot provide the same. I am frustrated calling this guys everyday. I am wasting 3-4 rupees everyday calling these guys for the same reason. I don’t know where’s the problem? Is with local vendor or with executive.

Please let me know to whom I should approach to resolve this issue. I would like to give good lesson to these people.
