Time of India — TOI order No NAI 039965, paper not delivered at IIT madras

Since last 2 months, I am trying to reach Times of India CRM team to deliver the paper in my IIT madras address but they dont listen and respond at all....I dont know now what to do further...

Dear CRM Team (Times Group),

Please refer the below email and attached letter for TOI order No NAI 039965.

News paper was expected to be delivered at my new address from July 01, 2012 but it has not been started yet.

I called on[protected]CRM Helpline) minimum 10 times in last few days but nonone has picked my call and responded my query.


I will wait for next 2 days else now I will file a case in consumer forum in Chennai and will ask for compensation due to lack of handling my case which is pending from last 40 days.

Please act on this immediately.
