[Resolved]  Timtara — Product not delivered

I have ordered bsnl penta tab form timtara on 7th june 2012
transaction no.10118604
order no. 10267900
after successful payment I got confirmation mail, which written product deliver within 15-20days,
after that I have called lots of time to customer care, they always said they requesting to senior for the delivery. I also mailed lots of time but not get any reply for my mail.
Now given time period is over .but Its showing awaiting shipment.
Customer care told me product will reach to your door within 15-20 days, but I checked product is not shipped yet.
they told me for the 2nd july 2012 product will reach to my home ,but product not shipped yet and now they told product will reach to me within 5th july , when i again called they told me product will reach to me 7th july . every time they are increasing delivery date...
please help me.........
i want my product in well condition or my money refund with interest

Hi,

I have made an order with order id 10146471. Ever after two week I have not received my order. On talking to your customer care I came to know I will get delivery after a week. I have order a health instrument whose delay in delivery is not solve any purpose for me. I am forced to buy it from other shop.

I have ordered for samsung galaxy Y mobile phone and made the paymet on [protected] but till date they have not delivered the product. At the time of booking they confirmed the delivery will be made within 10 days. But I have not received the same till date[protected]

The order status still shows, - Awaiting Shipment.

I have 3 products pending with TIMTARA. I have asked them to cancel and refund my order if they cannot deliver.

and Order #10273532, I was assured my product would be shipped within a week but till today timtara is not sure when they will deliver my product, I have lodged many complaint but no one

Guys, I think you should have ordered your Pantel tab directly only, it would have been better. I was about to place my tab order through this site when a friend of mine suggested me to order it directly. Hope you guys get it soon.
I ordered a Sony digital camera on 18 June, 2012(details are in attached image) which is not delivered yet.
I waited for one month, then I called at their customer care number, they logged my complain and responded saying it will be delivered in 6-8 working days.(attached the response from timtara).
Then I waited again for 6-8 working days and I started calling them. Each time they give the same answer 'you will get a response within 24-48 hours from our backend team' but they never respond. Even they disconnect the call while I ask them something.
When I called them first time, they send me a mail with my complain number, now they don't send that mail either.

Someone rated them No.1 site in India. I don't understand how can a site which doesn't know anything about customer satisfaction and whose CSRs don't know how to talk to customers get 1st rank.
I ordered a product (Canon SX40hs camera) by paying a sum of Rs. 17,805/- on 16/Jul/2012, more than 30 days have passed and I am yet to receive the product. I have already drafted a complaint letter addressing the issue to the director of the company but again no response from their end .I am preparing for a judicial intervention because now it’s not only a matter of transaction which got delayed but it is something which is ripping into a fraudulent conduct.

Timtara — product delivery

i placed an order on july 4th but till now i did not get my product i called them so many times but i did not get any reponse from them till now,Atleast i ask them to cancel order and return back my money for that also i did not get response for for timtara customer care i spent 300 ruppes this mnth but no use

I had ordered Nikon Nikon D5100 SLR With 18-55mm VR Kit Lens(D5100) from Timtara on 1st Feb 2013 worth Rs. 29102/- (Order No.[protected].
They had said the product will get delivered within 2-3 weeks.
i have been following with them since many days but they just say that the product is available with the company and it will be delivered on 21st Feb 2013 or your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded back to you.

to escalate the issue they told me to write a mail to [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com and [protected]@timtara.com. But i Haven't received any reply from them.

kindly help me with this issue.
I have attached the file which has the order details and transaction details of the money transferred to Timtara. This has become a harassment from timtara as the customer service employee don't talk in a proper manner.

I would be really obliged if you can help me get my money back

I have been tortured and harassed by TIMTARA,

I have ordered Samsung Mobile of Rs.1590/- online from TIMTARA on 31 Dec 2012 paid via credit card, due to to some personal reason i cancelled this order (order ID[protected] on very next day (1/1/2013) after so many follow up mails and calls order cancelled on 24/01/2013, but still i am struggling to get my money back, since 2 months i am continuously calling and sending mails to (Payal Srivastav <[protected]@timtara.com>, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com) TIMTARA but they doesn't have courtesy to respond to single mail, and customer care executive simply doing false commitment every time, but yet i have not received my payment, here i am paying late payment fee and finace charges to my credit card bank of Rs.1000 monthly due to the amount yet not credited to my credit card account, if somebody helps me to get my money back and to sue this TIMTARA blood suckers then i will be much thankfull.
