Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. — New toshiba laptop hardware problem. No response by service people

I have purchased a toshiba satellite c650 model laptop on 08/01/12 from delhi.From the date of purchase I noticed some complaint on the unit.I contacted to your toll free number and they given me the number of your karkardooma(delhi) service center.........after working few days good,on 05/06/12 it again stopped working and then again I logged complaint to your toll free no. And they given me a complaint:06131287.On 13/06/12 I dropped the laptop to your service center M/S.Automation network, karkardooma. Several times I had contacted to your toll free & the service center number but unfortunately I have n't get any response for them.Today also I contacted to your toll free & service center number ,your customer care executive told me that it will take one month more for arranging the spare & and the in charge of your service center told me that there is no availability of spares for this particular model.
I bought this laptop for rs. 28,000/- And this laptop is not even 6 months old. Already, I have taken this laptop to your service center for more than 3 times. The laptop was kept in your service center for more than 18 days. Now, they are saying there are no spare parts available. It is not my problem. The laptop is in its warranty period, and it has caused me enough problems for me. I need it repaired on an urgent basis or I want it replaced. I want a solution for this issue by 5th of july, 2012.
I will proceed legally against this if no action is taken urge
