Hi Consumer Team, Following are the information: Purchasing Date: 22/07/2012 Invoice No:MALL/CR12/22304 TIN:[protected] Serial No:C18Y92J01509K1 TV Stop Working on 22/08/2013... I purchased the TV from Hyderabad through BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, Panjagutta and sent that TV to Varanasi my personal Residence Pandey Pur. There it fail on 22nd August 2013. I attached the further complain mail to the company but they don't show any responsibility regarding this. ################################################################################... I had logged a complain on dated 08/22/13-1605 with Registered mobile number [protected]... and now still my complain has not resolve even no updated, can someone take on priority basis and fixup the issue... As we are suffering last 24 days and no one can share the actual update. Every time i called up to customer-care and they told me if you want to exact status of the service request call to regional service center. When i called up to service center and they told to me call to customer-care, they will provide the actual status ... Overall my experience no one can interested to give me the actual status ... and now am very frustrated about that service...
