I own a Toshiba LCD TV Model 32HV10 Serial No B43Y18J03216 on 6th Jan 2012.

Before making this purchase, I had several options. But, we previously owned a Toshiba CRT 29" Flat TV for the last 10 years and I was impressed with the performance and the TOSHIBA Brand, that I ignored other brands such as Sony and Samsung while making the purchase. However, within a year it started giving problems. It was recently repaired (Case ID[protected] on 31st Dec 2012. However, the same problem developed again.

The POWER SUPPLY of this particular Model seems to be defective.

We have a Stabilizer installed and all our appliances and Televisions are working absolutely fine since years except this one.

I want some senior representative to handle this complaint.

I need a REPLACEMENT of this TV, it has some manufacturing defect. Otherwise a brand new LCD TV cannot fail just like that.

I was browsing through the internet, and there are other similar complaints lodged for the same Model Number.

Do revert back on this at the earliest and resolve the matter.
