i had send courier from ludhiana to dehradhun dated 9 may 2016 .. a parcel contains 2 garments .. courier num[protected] .from 8 days not recived yet . by tracking it is showning ambala only . from last 6 days ..its stuck in ambala .. local ludhiana office is saying that ambala ppl had stolen the parcel n had taken out garment for thier own use . and ambala person are saying ludhiana person had taken out garment .. ludhiana office person even dont know how to talk to coustmer .. they are misbehaving soo badly .. and blaming on each other. n delhi head office also compalint had made but no response from delhi office mr pankaj (head of complaint dehradhun department) compalint num of delhi-2090849 .kindly take acton n contact at[protected] .

Trackon couriers persons are very third class persons in bhuvneshwar branch
they not picked any single call .some numbers are not reachable some third class people are not receive any call and after 1 time he picked my call but no give ans in right language.
its really bad for me i sent you rakhi in courier from last 25th of july 2016 but current today 16th of august not delivered on address.
its very bad trackon courier service also bhuvneshwar branches staff are so bakwas
i want to tell you all if you want to send any special courier or whatever dont send by trackon courier.
Dtdc courier is best for as staff or also services.
