i have sent the 11kg monitor parcel from cochin to mumbai on emergency bassis, the booking person gave confirmation that if the parcel is booked in AIR it will defenetily delivered before 1.00 pm of next day. But the parcel not reached even after two days. When i enquired i got only irresponsible response. no one takes into charge. booking office gave a ph. no to contact the delevery place representative. But he is not-picking up the phone any time and not-responding. The tracking system is also not working to view the status. TRACKON COURIERS PVT LTD — Just making money not bothered about the delivery of parcel/documents
This Courier service agents book the courier without knowing the stations where they can deliver the parcel or not.And when the consignor came to know from the consignee after few days that he/she hasnt received the parcel till date then the agents and the courier service officials simply say that we assume that the delivery station is a district and we only deliver upto the district level only or agent has committed a mistake i.e he is wrong. Catch him !
Moreover they talk to the consignor in a very rude manner and sometime abuse also.

We are in Contact with Sakinaka Office they have not Cooperated for our request for P.O.D. I booked my consignment by air from trackon courier in Chandigarh they said it be there in Hyderabad office in Next evening, i[censored] want 2 collect it urgently u can collect it from that office or they will deliver it within 48hrs from the time of booking, i paid them Rs425 there at the time of booking. till evening parcel was not there in Hyderabad but was lying in delhi, for immediate delivery they sent that parcel in cargo by some airlines and charged Rs1000 extra. and around 12.30am my friends received that parcel from airport not even from trackon office in Hyderabad, when they opened that parcel it was broken. i want 2 ask this company that when it was written on parcel "handle with care", they why it was not delivered in one piece. This was my first & worst experience with this trackon courier pvt ltd. The way their concerned person in Hyderabad talks so attitude like he's Prime minister or something PATHETIC.
My Advice dont ever go to trackon for any kind of parcel delivery. Loss Of Time, Energy, Money, Parcel.

I have found "Trackon Courier Services" the worst service in India.
My parcel from noida to Gurgaon delivered in 5 days just like a normal post. Infact by post it would have been receached early.
after speaking to their representative, they behave so worst with their customers.
I will suggest the people of all over India and outside, please please please do not send ur courier by "Trackon Coiurer"

As i found the worst delivery system, even though we approach to your centres.
Almost over 3times i myself have approached ur chamrajpet centre and enquired with docket no.
they dont even feel responsible to call though ph.no. is mentioned.
ur franchise at JP nagar 2nd phase should learn how to speak to the customer.
his speach to ur person of chamrajpet is not proper

I have sent a courier to new delhi from rajkot on 7th april but the courier is still not received at destination. I am complained about this matter but no action will be taken. Please take some action about and inform me. The docket no is[protected].

I was literally irritated by hearing the response from the booking office. Actually my parcel from thane are frequentlly coming to nagpur but i always had a problem that the parcel does not reach in time, when i call booking office & give then the consignment no they just ans me that the details are not available online, when i ferther ask them that who is responsible for that they answered that you call the booking office from where the parcel the parcel had booked, when we call there they dont have a time to listen to our complaints, after repeatadly calling then tell us that to call our head office because they tell that we just send all the parcel to the head office so you call there & get the status. Now you tell me is it my job to call everybody & tell all of them my story. Every are regret there resposibility & if you also not responding to my complaint the the easiest way is to change the courier service. & I am agree with the above all coplaimts that your service is worst .

I sent parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata and Parcel was expensive gaming device.
When the parcel do not reach even after 3 days I contacted Professional Couriers and they said it is on the way. But, their website PROFESSIONAL COURIERS TRACKING shows it reached Kolkata office. So, next day again I called and they said it has been missing.
I asked what do you mean and what's the meaning, they said, it is lost in the transit and offered me Rs.300 and actual cost of the device is Rs.11, 000. I did not take that money and complaint the same with Professional Courier Manager and everywhere. But, after few days they called me and said, the courier company should not take gaming device and we are sorry that our Bangalore head office took it.
I said it was your mistake and I need the device or refund the value of the device, they just making rounds and not willing to return the money.
Can you imaging Rs.300 or Rs.11, 000 ???
I was about to leave foreign country and tried 1 month to get back the money. They did not return it. In the mean time I come to know that it is just not my case. They are cheating many and many people. Most of the people unable to find because, if they steal something from big parcels sent people may not recognize and if some people recognize they offer the same silly amount. Saying something or the other. Most of the time they even did not bother to listen you.
But, this is their company policy discussed in their meeting to get black money, they are stealing half of the goods or part of the goods or something if it is single parcel they are stealing that parcel.
In this way they are making crores of Black Money. Professional Couriers is the open smuggling company in India.
They had some devices with which they find what's in the parcel. If it is valuable goods they steal part of the items or if they did not find many goods on that particular day, they steal the whole goods. And simply say parcel is lost in the transit.
If customer argue and warn them saying, they will lodge a case, they show the receipt and claims and even show you some papers saying valuable goods is not allowed and it was taken in mistake. So, most of the customers do not do anything and as taking legal action and making rounds of courts is time consuming process these illegal people from Professional Couriers are taking advantage of it.
Simply the company should be banned from HINDUSTAN and their CEO and other responsible persons should be hanged in public. So, that others come to know about the punishment and do not cheat the people.
