Tradus.in (ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd.) — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

I had ordered for a Pioneer DVD Player Model: DV220KV with Tradus.in (IBIBO Group) on 22nd Dec'2010 @ Rs.3145 through my credit card. My Order ID # 1154391. On 24th Dec'2010 the Tradus.in company have claimed the amount from Bank quickly and till today there is no information on shipment or delivery of the product. I have been sending various reminders, emails. Every time, i am getting a standard reply (automated) from them stating that "Thanks for the mail, we will revert back to you in 24 hrs" which never happens with Tradus.in. I am highly frustrated with this company, unfortunately they do not have any customer number to call or clarify our doubts. Really surprised how a web trader do not have any contact details. How these people are allowed to do business like this in India. When i browse through web, i realized there are so many complaints like this in Web on "Fraud transactions by Tradus.in", how come our consumer law is still allowing these frauds to be in "Unethical business like this"?
