Tradus./ Portable Hard Drive — Wrong product delivered/
Recently I had purchased a Toshiba portable hard drive at Tradus.1) They delivered a wrong product , and never replace with the one displayed on the web site
2) EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT - they did not get back to me with any answer even after 1 week. I had to query for the status each time
I SHALL NEVER BUY FROM TRADUS ( WWW.TRADUS.IN )
They give cheap discounts, but the above is the plight you meet with .
BEWARE OF TRADUS.
