Tradus — Pathetic Delivery System

I had ordered a Olive Company Handset from Tradus website; everything was good till the order was placed but after that it was vice versa. The shipment was suppose to be delivered within 5-7 days but instead I had to follow the courier company and finally the package was delivered after 15 days.

The courier company used by Tradus (Aramex) is one of the cheap and pathetic one.

The shipment I received was in a Non-seal position and the entire Box was broken.

I had sent a emal to the Tradus team but nothing is done by them yet. below i the copy of my email.

With regards to the above mentioned order, kindly note that I will never ever buy any products from your website. The service that I have received from your site is the worst I have ever come across.



According to you my order was shipped on 14th Oct and I received the order yesterday i.e. 20th Oct. The courier service of Aramex is worst then our local post office services too. They kept the parcel with them for 7 days and falsely updated their system as Sanjay Khemani does not have money to pay hence the shipment is on hold.



I had to call 5 times to Aramex services spend money to get the shipment delivered.



But the worst was yet to come, once I received the parcel I was shocked to see in the way the product was shipped. You’ll promise that the products shipped by your website are 100% genuine then why did I receive the product which had its seal of company packing open. The box of the phone displayed as if the phone was stamped by someone’s foot and I have paid Rs:1,350 for garbage which was kept in your store house.

I apologise for this bitter experience with my courier partner Aramex.

I am already in touch with you in regards to this and as pormised on the 29th October 2011 ( over the phone & mail ) -

- An indepth investigation has been launched with my courier partner and this issue being taken on very high priority
- I was ready to reverse pick up the product to replace with a new product in a beand new packaging, however, that has been used ( as gifted ).
- I understand the grievance regarding the update & the delayed delivery by the logistics partner
- Also a positive resolution has been promised to you within the 1st November 2011 - I will ensure that is done.

Once again I promise you that I am already working on thsi issue and hence, request for your kind co-operation and patience so that i can resolve this in your favour.

had a bad experience with TRADUS . never received my order.
n the courier company is pathetic.
response to problem is also pathetic. shall never be buying anything again from Tradus.

Order Delivery Not on Time

Tradus is not providing the service on time and I need my money back with Interest. I have waited for the order to delivered for more than estimated time and there is no way for me to write back to them.

product is not working and is defective

i have purchased nokia bluetooth stereo headset bh-503 ...the volume keys are not working and the device is not charging
