[Resolved] Tradus — bought a pair of shoes on net | |||
I ordered for a pair of shoes on www.tradus.in last month. The order was for Famozi Cofee-brown shoes of size-9. But,what i got was Famozi blue colored pair with the size-7. I was asked to send back the courier. I did it and it charged me Rs.420. The shoes cost is Rs.1530. They said they will credit back the amount.But, they say that i have used the shoes and sent me back the same pair again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am very sorry to see the trouble that you are going through. In fact I had informed you in the mail below that I would have been very happy to resolve it in a positive manner for you - I would have asked the seller to ship the correct product rightaway in such case. The reason for which I am unable to provide you teh ddesired resolution is becasue the incorrect product that had been send to you has been used, hence and used product cannot be takne back - which had been inforemed and send back to you.
