Dear Sir / Madam,
I had bought a scooty pep plus on July-2008 from SHAH DISTRIBUTORS, kolkata, but facing several problems soon after the second service which was on Dec-2008. Two weeks back when I was traveling to office, the scooty tyre-tube got leaked and stopped working. Later when the scooter mechanic opened the tube, it is found that there was a patch (1.5 inch) on the tube which proves that it(tube) was an old one. It’s very surprising and shocking to know that a company like TVS uses second hand parts in new products !!!.
Soon after this, I contacted the dealer (Mr. Jigar Shah) explaining the incident but they refused to help us saying that it is not a fault from their side.
I would be greatly obliged if you look into the matter and take some effective steps.
