[Resolved]  TVS Scooty pep+ — Intermittent pulling / Petrol Block Problem

Dear sir,

I bought a new TVS Scooty Pep+ on 22.12.09 fro Macherlla Motors, 3/4B, C, Gangaiah Naidu Industrial Avenue, Ramapuram, Chennai - 89, TamilNadu. Right from the day of purchase, the vehicle has the pulling issue/ petrol block problem in between while running. I have given for service 8 times but they have recorded only 3 times. I missed the 2nd free service. My 3rd free service is also over stating that the problem is due to the adapter cap. They have also changed the spare part but the complaint is not yet resolved. Though the vehicle is under the warranty, they have charged me the value of it.

I'm having 7 yrs and 3 yrs kids. It is very difficult to pick -up and drop them during peak hours. Moreover the respect and response form the dealer is very poor and bad. They have not allowed me to write the complaint in the Job Card.They said " Don't write Ramayanam & Mahabaratham".I didn't expect this kind of hospitality from the Authorized TVS Dealer. I was ill-treated in their office.I'm mentally harassed for the past 6 months. There was no response for the complaint, which I have register with the TVS Motor company. I need a replacement of the vehicle.Kindly address this problem. This issue makes me lost the hope, which I had for the last 18 years on TVS.
