[Resolved]  TVS Scooty pep+ — problems of vehicle and dealer

I have a scooty pep with registration number MH -20AV-8776 taken from the Mahesh TVS Centre Aurangabad.I have purchased it in Aug 2006, As per the instructions i always get my scooty service from TVS only .But since last one and half year of the purchase I am regularly facing the problem with my scooty brief discussion are as follows

1)Battery Problem : Just after a year of purchse I found my battery not working and I was told to replace it. I did that which again lasted for few months only but I could again replace it as this time the newly replaced battery was under warranty.

2)Fuel indicator : Since last two and half year it is not working. I am always adviced to change it. I changed it but the new one also last for few months.

3)Engine problem : Last few days I was facing engine problem so was forced to go to Mahesh Auto again, When I asked for the estimated cost of repairing they did not tell anything neither they informed me anything related to the problem with the scooty. Next day they informed me that the repairing cost will be 3389 Rs .when I refused to get it repaired there then they said that even without getting repaired you have to pay 600 Rs as we have opened the scooty. Since I had no other option I had to go with them and I agreed to get that repaired at the cost of 3389 Rs. But surprisingly next day they charged me 3790 Rs for the service, after lot of argument they agreed to take 3450 instead of 3790 Rs.

MY CONCERNS :

What is the reason of this frequent problems even if I am getting my scooty serviced in authorized service centre Mahesh TVS Aurangabad.
Why these service provider is not telling the estimated cost and the actual problem, if they are worth doing so ?
How they can charge me 600 Rs for just checking the problem .
Why they bargain in the final amount with the customer if they are right and not cheating the customer at the name of service?
How they can open ones scooty and start servicing it when the customer is not informed about the problem and the expected expense in getting repaired?

I am very sorry to say that it do not suits to a reputed company and its authorised dealer to do such disressing act. It is very frustating for me as your customer and would request you to look into the matter and take necessary corrective action
I have all the bills for any kind of interrogations if required.

I request the the TVS company to kindly look into the issue and the dealer
