[Resolved]  TVS Scooty pep+ — Service Complaint

Sir,

I have bought my scooty pep+ in jan 2010. Now i sent the pep+ for 7th paid service. Already i made complaint that there is a problem in throttling ie., the vehicle max speed is 10-15 km/hr. At the time of 7th service also i intimated regarding it. but the complaint was not rectified i asked to repeat the service card they too repeated twice and also suggested to change some spares i also did it. but the complaint was not solved, my pep+ under there custody for more than 2 weeks. Even after these many favours from my side, the complaint was not corrected. Kindly take necessary action to resolve my problem. Now the vehicle is in ideal situation. Even warranty period is also there.
