UTI Technologies P. Ltd. — PAN Card not received till date

The dispatch message was came on my mobile on 11/06/2009 that your pancard is dispatched on courier on 10/06/2009. But till date i can't received that pan card.So pls send my pan card as soon as
possible.

PAN card not received. Postman did not deliver as I was not at home. I dont have the acknowledgement with me either. Please help.

Sir,
I have received my PAN CARD No. ASFPG8207Q.I am surprized to note that my signature on the PAN CARD is not correct.The signature on the PAN CARD is of someone else.Please rectify my signature on the PAN CARD sent to me.

UTI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad — PAN Card Not Received

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Have Applied For PAN Card at UTI Technoligies Ahmedabad since last 2 Year Back. I also inquire with them for Non - Receipt of PAN Card, they replied that they have dispatch the PAN Card by Dept. of Post under UPC services.

I also inquire with Department of POST, but they replied that they have not received the UPC Post from UTI Technologies.

Please help me / guide for the same.

As my gaurdians had issued UTI "children's gift growth fund unit scheme 1986 (clause 8)... and as its maturity date was 5th december 2009. The particular cheque has not been received yet.
the amount is around Rs. 12, 000-12, 500.

i have applied for the PAN card, i filled form, but unfortunately i forgotten to write my date of birth on the form,
ans PAN CARD status not showing my details,, i attached the driving license as address proof,

PAN Processing Centre.

We have applied for PAN vide coupon no.[protected] on[protected] in the name of Designboxed Creatives (India) Private Limited. But the PAN has been issued in the name of Desiganboxes Creatives Private Limited. Also, the card was dispatched on[protected], but till now we have not received the same. Find the attached copies for your reference.

After that we filed correction application for correction in name and for hard copy PAN card on[protected] vide coupon no.[protected]. But no process has been made. As the company is in urgent requirement of PAN such kind of clerical mistakes or negligence can not be tolerable by customers.

Being a well known and prestigious agency, we strictly force you to issue corrected PAN at the earliest, otherwise we have to take further actions against the agency.

Kindly consider it in the light of your best co-operation and do the needful.
