I have applied for make change in my pancard.It was mistaked by the uti.than i have applied CSF form of pan dated 07/07/2009 from my application no.is[protected],processing coupan no is[protected] and my pan no is ACPBR2472 AT Amreli centre. Then i cheakout the status of pancard so.i came to know that there is data record difference between NCC data and pan application(CSF).so, i send the an application where i wrote all my correct ditails...

Dear Sir,

Thereafter, I have changed my name from Bhopal Singh Gusain to ARADHYA GUSAIN and applied for new PAN. Accordingly, M/s. UTITSL, New Mumbai has allotted me new PAN No.ABUPG1088M, bearing same number which one earlier allotted to me.
At present against PAN No.ABUPG1088M my new name (Aradhya Gusain) is registered in the records of M/s....

My name is Israr Shaikh I applied for the pancard and the Pan number BFHPS2594Q was alloted to me, which came in my knowledge through internet.
But i havn't received the pancard yet. they said they had sent it to me through post but i never received the pancard. for which I had submitted a written complaint to UTITSL at their Boriwali Branch, but no action was taken.
So my request is to resend...
