Dear Sir,

Regret to say that i applied for the pan card dated 20.10.08 with application no.[protected] and processing fee coupon no.[protected] at UTI .

But unfortunately till today i have not received my Pan card or any intimation about that . and whenever we are checking with UTI they are saying that the Pand card had already dispatch for mynative address insted of insisting and putting my delivery address of Mumbai .

So please be requested to interfare in this matter .

I am a defence employee.When I went UTI MF branch at PATHANKOT for PAN card the branch person taken 150 rs for PAN card while 67 rs only for fees charge+ 5 for form charge when I asked to that person why are you taking more than authorization he told me if you want to made your PAN card you will have to give 150 rs otherwise you can go.
Sir I am defence employee so I have not much time to discuss that person sir it is illegal please take action as soon as possible otherwise I will have to take help of any journlist for sting operation.Kindly take appropriate action If that person ignord. you can contect me or I can prove it infront of you.
