UTI — poor pan card service

sir, in the month of july 07 - i applied for pan card through uti services. till now i havent received my card . when i enquired to the office in Gorakhpur they are missbehaving. only reply wait and wait. when i gone through the net to check my status - i came to know that i have not been provided 'coupan number'. i again asked for this to the office - again ''wait''.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A PAN CARD 3 MONTHS BACK & NOW THE COURIER COMPANY IS SAYING THAT IT HAD BEEN DELIEVERED IN AAZAM GARH ON 24TH NOV BUT AS PER MY DETAILS I HAVE GVN THEM THE ADD. OF NEW DELHI (MALVIYA NAGAR).
TILL DATE I HAVE NOT REC. THE PAN CARD & I AM FACING PROBLEM WITHOUT MY ID PROOF (PAN CARD).

I am sarala Jerome Pinto from Bangalore.I had applied for Pan Card through UTI 1 month passed still I didn't received it.while checking to internet it showing as Return undelivered and lying in Mumbai.I visited my regional office they are telling me to inquire with post? when I showed my dispatch status to post office they are telling that they didn't received.I tired calling on your mention nos,not able to contact single branch all nos are wrong.what to do with this issue? lam requesting you team to redispacth once again to my communication address please its urgent.
