Firstly I contacted utsav via email to enquire about delivery times for a express item I liked. I was advised I will recieve this within 2-3 days. I then placed the order & emailed utsav clearly stating that I have ordered saree only because they can deliver via express delivey within 2-3 days. Utsav processed order & informed me that it wont be shiiped out until 3 days. I phoned maling complaint of what my requirements were & what was promised to me. So then Utsav sent out my order within the time but there was no apologies for any of the frustration caused.
I recieved order & noticed blouse piece was incorrect & not matching to saree. I emailed them & phoned but all I got back was that they wil phone me within 10 minutes but never did. I made 4 calls within 2 hours & then was told to take photo of blouse & send to them via email. I was furious by then... again no apologies were said to me.
There level of customer service & communication is terrible. I am still waiting for reply on what they will be doing with regards to the wrong blouse piece. I have been offered 25% refund of item ordered but this is no good when you cant wear saree with odd blouse. Was this information helpful? |
