Poor service, non delivery of ordered items
I placed an order with utsav on may28. Delivery was promised in 5-7 days. Despite erepeated emails promising they would take action .nothing was delivered and on jun 22 an email states due to "quality control " issues they were unable to fill the order offering to change the order to another sari. This, done I waited again.still no sari .today I received another email pleading "quality control " issues and again asking...

Fraudulent dealings and services
Please please report your issues with regards to Utsav to credit card companies. We should make sure that they credit facilities is stripped off.
No respectable credit companies would offer their custom. But we as consumers need to report our experience with them.
So if you have dealt with them and it has been unsatisfactory or if you feel they have conned you, please report instantly to your card companies....

i'm writing from New Zealand with some hope to get assistance. I did some online shopping from Utsav in April and since then has been chasing them regarding my purchase. I have sent them various messsages this week but all went in vain as they had no courtsey to reply. I have been full charged on my credit card and feel cheated and fooled by their false promises. Please help ....

To err is human. With so many orders being shipped, errors cannot be eliminated altogether.

lack of communication & customer service level
Firstly I contacted utsav via email to enquire about delivery times for a express item I liked. I was advised I will recieve this within 2-3 days. I then placed the order & emailed utsav clearly stating that I have ordered saree only because they can deliver via express delivey within 2-3 days.
