i'm writing from New Zealand with some hope to get assistance. I did some online shopping from Utsav in April and since then has been chasing them regarding my purchase. I have sent them various messsages this week but all went in vain as they had no courtsey to reply. I have been full charged on my credit card and feel cheated and fooled by their false promises.
