Please please report your issues with regards to Utsav to credit card companies. We should make sure that they credit facilities is stripped off.
No respectable credit companies would offer their custom. But we as consumers need to report our experience with them.
So if you have dealt with them and it has been unsatisfactory or if you feel they have conned you, please report instantly to your card companies. Make sure you collect all their correspondence, if they have bothered to, before you seek to investigate with the credit card companies.
Utsav is a fraudulant company. They have no regard for customers, their communication is bad, they will NOT pay your refund. Please do NOT place any orders with them
