I placed an order with utsav on may28. Delivery was promised in 5-7 days. Despite erepeated emails promising they would take action .nothing was delivered and on jun 22 an email states due to "quality control " issues they were unable to fill the order offering to change the order to another sari. This, done I waited again.still no sari .today I received another email pleading "quality control " issues and again asking to change order!,, I have asked for full refund and wait to see how long that takes!
Do not expect service from this company. They do snot deliver. I suspect it is just a scam to keep the money for whatever time they can .... Was this information helpful? |
