this is obviously a fraud case. i was surprised to receive this mail because i had never applied to videocon. so i did not bother to react. but when i got the mail again, i decided to investigate and found this site. i hope everybody realises that it is a fraud case and please dont depost the money .
This case of fraud is still continuing as i have received this mail on 9/12/2010. I have given below the name and account number where they have asked me to deposit Rs12, 500.

I purchased videocon jumbo 34" flat tv with offer of after 2 years 11 month there will be plasma 32" as a offer.
Now i completed the term 2 year 11 months and i called to concern person regarding the delivering of plasma tv. But the person is told some amount has to pay. Videocon concern person has to helps me out to get the offer.
