[Resolved]  Videocon TV — Not working properly

I have Purchased the 21" color TV in Pune( Pimpri) from Sky Lark Electronics, Model 5421 /5412 about 5 or 6 years before.

Your product was very very bad,

1 Three times SCR in Power supply get failed During the thunder ---> repaired by your authorized service station.
2. Same problem appeared on fourth time --> approached to your service station --> they have advised to replace the Board( they had said that this problem is going to repeat again and we are not getting the Spars of Power supply ) --> I have replaced the same . and paid for the board.
3. all Colors gone ---> log a call and get repaired from you service station.
4. Again same problem of color --> now it working as a B/W TV for me.

At the Same time my friend has purchased the SAMSUNG TV at the same time but he had not repaired the TV or not faced the problem for his TV.

Why you product is facing these many problems?
I am completely frosted by your product.

i have purchased two colou Television by a showroom.
One is 21" BAZOOMBA-FLAT (four yrs ago purchased), it was giving very good service. Generally i highlights the quality of this TV to my guest. they apritiate it more. But march-24, 2008 was not good form me, the TV is suddenly off during playing condition. My anather portable TV by Videocon is also creating problem. it become automaticly off after some time. I checked TIMER also but couldn't find the problem. now we are Tv less persons. mean living without any TV. can you do some efforts.

vediocon 15" colour tv — tv supply not work

my television`s power supply is not working, i gave my tv for repairing to BAWEJA ELECTRONICS (A-48, 40 Feet Road, Hind Vihar, Prem Nagar-3, opp. S.V.T Public School, Nangloi, Delhi-41)
But no action has been taken yet. I am facing very much unbeable and unsatisfaid service of our company. Now i hambly request you to take some suitable action about my problem.

I have purchased new videocon T.V on Nov-2008, KHALEEL ELECTRONICS, BEHIND VENKATESH THEATRE, KURNOOL, ANDHRA PRADESH - 518001

Since from i purchased it's creating the problem 3 times he has given service and he promised to change the faulty parts which creating the problem in TV, but later 20 days the problem is same

right now he is not responding to us and he is saying that you just do whatever you can, this TV is like this only, we have invested Rs: 9400.00, it seems like we have purchased FAULTY TV at new price

Yes we also have Videocon TV at same time my brother has Videocon Basooka from last 13 years that is not creating problem. Our TV When we switch automatically switchs off. We faced this problem 2 times again it is happening instead of spending that we can buy one any how no more Videocon product at this is how you loose yor customer if yet all you give good service at least we go for that product again.
Hope they are looking out fro short term not long term business.Once sell the product their ends their duty.

I have purchased new videocon T.V on sep-2008, BITA ELECTRONICS, DERA BABA NANAK ROAD BATALA Since from i purchased it's creating the problem 5 times he has given service and he promised to replace the which creating the problem in TV, but nine month past no body have to replace the tv or the validity of tv also to be very near.

Videocon — Television Not Working

This is regarding a very bad experience with VIDEOCON COLOUR TELEVISION.
As i have purchased the TV in the month of Nov 2009 with the warranty of 1 year from Vijay Sales Tip Top Plaza Thane,but this is the 3rd time it has happened that the TV is completely dead(Not working at all).This is very upsetting with a brand like VIDEOCON.Prior to this when i made a complaint to the service station the service provided to me was not at all satisfying,at both the last visits of your tecnician it was promised to me that this wont happen again and the TV would work in proper condition,but it is not.
I really am a very great found of VIDEOCON brand thats why i purchase only VIDEOCON home appliances,but after this kind of experience i dont think that i will be able to maintain my loyalty towards the brand.
I would really request you people to please look into this matter seriously as this time i am not interested in repairing the TV but i am looking forward for a replacement cause i guess that it was a faulty piece.I do understand that at the end of the day its an electrical equipment and manufacturing faults can happen.
But how to recify those faults is in your hand.
I do know that you(VIDEOCON)must be having millions of customers and you might be least bothered about this complaint,but as we all are running to survive in this compititve world.Please do think on this..................................
