[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

[protected],a prepaid customer from Amritsar,want to say that, vodafone deducted my 90 Rs from my account and i received a msg that the cricket info service is activated on your account, i have not send them any message,i have all records in my Log,and when i tried to talk to customer care,i am unable to call there,i m trying from last 4 hours but in vain. so i just want to say to vodafone either return my deducted amount or i have to go to consumer court
I,manoj krishna is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 50 from my account on basis of GPRS .service which i never opted for..inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected its very harrassing bein customer of such a company.. the call had been taken by some .. cce's.. 8times i had made a call to customer care ... any way i will go for a complant on the court .. .. this is not happend only for me

i had changed my caller tune on 1st october.and i had registered a complaint on 5 th october. but the caller tune has not been changed yet and i have called number of times to customer care but till now there wasn't any response from them

I am a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]). This company seems to fool people by activating services automatically.They have deducted Rs 30 from my mobile and claims that i have activated their caller tune services. My acount did not had any balance,.still they are maintaining a debit account. Just imagine will they give the same facility for calls.
I can say that they might have deducted money from several customers to compensate company losses.
I am not going to keep quiet if they dont reverse my money.

I, vidhu sharma is a prepaid customer of vodafone. in a month there should be many probs in my vodafone like my calls & message were barring and the customer care said that "sir,you had made a complaint for made your connection off ."but there should be no complaint from my side. So plz grow your service. thank you.
I am also unhappy with this company Vodafone. Inspite of taking a corporate connection they activate and deactivate the services on their own. Now they have barred my outgoing without prior notice which is a punishable offence. I would like to take them to the consumer court for this.
I had changede m caller tune recently & I had tried m leve;l best to change it when I call56789 they charge Rs6 per Minute still I cannot change the caller tune .

I am a frustated customer of Vodafone. We were having 50 Corporate connections & now due to their very rude support, we have disconnected all of them & now moved to AIRTEL, the best.

VODAFONE is only a FRAUD COMPANY nothing else. There mind set now a days is to replace Hutch posters etc with the new vodafone.

Peoples say its a giant in telecom, but i say they may be Giant, but there SERVICES are Worst Than Any government telecom service. There Customer Support is ZERO. Always says 2 days 3 days for all services. I am from Delhi, the capital of India & at least here the services should be great but these -HOLES only meant to get money nothing else.

My personal openion now is ONLY AIRTEL in India is providing the best services rest ALL ARE USELESS, Government Organizations are even better than Vodafone.

I strongly recommendf that NoOne should go for their CHEAP & ROUGH Services else you will get your money to the DUSTBIN.

Dear sir this is V.B.Joshi from Haldwani Uttarakhand, I purchased a postpaid connection ([protected]) of Hutch (now Vodafone) around two months ago. I purchased that no. when one of your sales promoters at haldwani named Arjun ([protected]) gave me a commitment to give me a plan in which 25 numbers from hutch to hutch will be free after my first bill. As yours is a well known company so I believe on his commitment and purchased that connection but after one month he denied his commitment. Then I contacted your regional manager Mr. Manav and told him about the false commitment made to me, he a gentle and a responsible officer took my problem into his notice and said we will fulfill the commitment if it is made so. Although the matter is still pending but I have faith on Mr. Manav’s word.
Sir such persons like Arjun are misguiding your customers I have no personal hatred towards that guy but being a reputed company these guys are not sending good message to your customers.

I am a customer of hutch for the last 2years and i am a j2me programmer in senega systems.
I was able to retrieve the server data using hutch gprs connection.
but now when hutch transformed to vodafone, i am not able to do so and from browser i am able to retrieve the data.

So from various forum i have updated with the information that in india some providers won't allow http connection from applications using gprs connection.

but with hutch it was possible, so with vodafone also it should possible if only brandname is changed.

So needs to rectify this problem.
I am a prepaid subscriber - I am suffering from such uncalled deduction by this company. Pls guide me where to file my complaint for a fruitful action. Thanks

I had been a vodaphone user ([protected])for few years. I had activated the 300 sms scheme. In this one can make 300 sms by recharging with Rs 35 card. When I was making sms i suddenly noticed my balance going down. I talked to the customer care service, I was informed that No such scheme is valid for National holidays such as Holi, Diwali, New year.... I doubt if there was any mention of such clause. If it was it should be Highlighted. Anyway not just that today is not a holiday still my money deductions remain same for sms.
Harassement in time taken to talk to customers care executives. You are lucky if connected within 10 minutes.

Sorry to say But this is a real DECOITY on part of CUSTOMERS

As on 10.11.07 , I requested online from ICICI Bank Credit Card for Top Up of Rs. 200/- and I received balance of 47.42 , While on Top Up of Rs. 100 I get 86(approx).
I talked to your customer care they said the scheme is like that.
If your scheme is like that I think you are fooling the subscriber of their money and it seems so illogical a scheme for Top Up.
I think you are playing with MRTP Act.
I want a clarification from you for such fradulent scheme and my money back.
Your appropriate reply would decide my future course of legal action.

I have posted this request multiple times but no response. Worst part of the story is whenever you are trying to reach customer care it takes impossible amount of time & this is a paid service.

If I didn't get response now within a week I am planning to change a vendor.

I am not very sure of what ever I write here will be read by the concerned person or not, but yes if yo7 are reading it let me tell you, Hutch was a crap service provider and sad to say Vodafone is worser that them. Please do not hurt the reputation of Vodafone. Try to be user friendly. Else I would say the day wont be too far when people will start switching to other service providers.

I need proper interaction with the customer care, i want to communicate with regards to the Rs.66 plan. Because when i activated this plan Rs.66 has been reduced from my actual balance and i couldn't get the benefits of the Rs.66 plan. Why? I am a new customer to the Vodafone. Plese make sure that i am going get the benefits of Rs.66 plan & proper interaction with the customer care
